Many of our pieces are handmade, upcycled, or produced in small quantities. As a result, slight variations in colour,
texture, and appearance may occur. These variations are part of the unique character of each piece.

2. Prices

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated. Studio Notabene reserves the right
to change prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right
to refuse or cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, such as pricing errors or product availability issues.

4. Shipping

Studio Notabene ships internationally. Shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures,
and local postal services. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply in their country.

5. Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for further information.

6. Liability

Studio Notabene shall not be liable for indirect damages, delays caused by shipping providers, customs authorities,
or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
